Except where noted, most orders can be shipped on the day following
the day which the order was received. We ship via USPS unless special arrangements are made. You will
be charged shipping based upon the weight of the products ordered including their packaging plus a small
fee. To ensure the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on any items found in the climbing
systems or harnesses categories. We also do not accept returns on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS! On
all other items, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase provided that you contact us and
authorize the return. All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, except in the case of
an error on the part of Howie's Harnesses. We will refund your product purchase price upon receipt of
the product(s).
